Join Margate Middle School for the Back to School Community Connection, a family-friendly event designed to help students and families prepare for a successful school year. The event will be held on Thursday, July 30, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Margate Middle School, 500 NW 65th Ave, Margate, FL 33063.

Margate STEM Magnet Middle School invites all students to participate in our 2026 Summer Reading Challenge. Students are encouraged to explore new books, log their reading minutes through Beanstack, and complete engaging activities that promote creativity and critical thinking. Participants can earn extra credit for each book read and even qualify for a special lunch with Principal Phillips by reading ten or more books. All projects and assignments must be submitted to Language Arts teachers by August 24, 2026. We encourage all students to stay active in their learning over the summer and make reading a daily habit.
